The Warriors have confirmed the signing of exciting teenage playmaker Ronald Volkman on a three-year deal beginning next season.
Volkman, 19, has yet to make his first-grade debut but has impressed coming through the grades at the Roosters after a promising junior career.
The youngster joins a host of other players set to link up with the Warriors in 2023, including Dylan Walker, Mitch Barnett, Marata Niukore and Luke Metcalf.
Warriors football manager Craig Hodges believes Volkman isn’t far off making an impact in first grade.
“Ronald is an exceptional young talent who will add another dimension to our squad,” Hodges said.
“When we signed Reece Walsh around this time last year, he hadn’t played in the NRL but it was obvious he would very soon and make an immediate impact.
“Ronald is the same. He has wonderful skills and is just waiting for his chance in the NRL.”
